Departure early in the morning from Ouarzazate 4X4 to descend to the desert of Mhamid. You will take the road to the Drâa Valley with its many kasbah testifying the typical architecture of the region and its palm grove that is 200 km long.
You will pause at Agdz on the road to Zagora. Visit Tamgroute : its pottery workshops and the Koranic library.
You will cross the palm grove of Ouled Brahim and the Reg of Elfaija. Arrival at M'hamid, last village in the palm grove of Draa Valley and door of the desert.
Installation at the desert camp for the night.
Breakfast at the desert camp. ride camel in the dunes of Mhamid. Departure in 4X4 to the Erg Chegaga dunes, the largest dunes in Morocco !
Lunch once in Chegaga. In the afternoon, you will enjoy the tracks of Chegaga. Return to the desert camp at the end of the afternoon for the sunset.
Dinner and overnight in desert camp in Chegaga. Installation at the desert camp for the night.
Departure from Chegaga via Lake Iriqui, Foum Zguid and Taznakht. Several stops are planned on the road going back to Ouarzazate.
